Marilyn Manson took to Instagram on July 7th to post a heartfelt message about his father who had just passed away. Attached to this Instagram post is a childhood photo of him and his dad, which revealed the saddening game. This is what Manson wrote in the Instagram post;
"Today I lost my father, Hugh Warner. He taught me how to be a man, a fighter and a survivor. He taught me how to shoot a gun. How to drive. How to lead. He will always be the best dad in the world. Somehow and somewhere, I know he is with my mom now. I will keep my promise and never let you down. I miss and love you dad." My thoughts go out to Manson's family and friends. Until then, See you in the pit! 🤘 Mari SOURCE http://www.altpress.com/news/entry/hugh_warner_dies

Warped Tour definitely was different this year leaving several people scratching their heads on what bands to live at this Warped Tour. Well, here are my suggestions of who you can see at Warped Tour. This article was inspired by Alternative Press the original will be linked at the end of this article. 1. Bad Seed RisingFavorite album: Awake In Color Song Recommendation: Obvious Even though Bad Seed Rising are no longer on the tour I still wanted to include them because I do feel as if they're talented. They are heavy rock band that really will give you a high energy performance and really make you want watch their live show even more. Why I decided to include them is that they are going on tour very soon with He Is Legend and Islander. 2. BlessthefallFavorite album: Hollow Bodies Song recommendation: Youngbloods Blessthefall always pack so much energy into their live performance that you can't help but sing along to their infectious tunes. You'll never regret seeing Blessthefall in a live setting and you definitely to check them out because you'll be hooked after only hearing a few songs from them. 3. Fit For A KingFavorite album: Deathgrip Song recommendation: Stacking Bodies If you need a band to get rowdy to, mosh to, head bang to, or crowd surf to then Fit For A King is a band you need to see one Warped Tour this year. Fit For A King also put on an insane live show because of the way they are so energetic in performing their sounds for the crowd. You definitely be hooked on Fit For A King once you see them live. 4. New Years DayFavorite album: Malevolance Song recommendation: Angel Eyes New Years Day are never a band that disappoints when you see them live. They always sound amazing live and have quite the powerful performance. They've grown a lot in the years that I've seen them and they always try to play a festival just as if they playing a small club show. New Years Day can rock just as hard as any guy on the tour and they definitely are going to become more and more well known. 5. Sworn InFavorite album: All Smiles
Song recommendation: Cry Baby Sworn In in the past have been compared to both Chelsea Grin and My Chemical Romance. They still incorporate the same type conceptual theatrical elements to their songs but in much more heavier and darker way. I don't think that you'd regret checking out Sworn In and you definitely should because you will get hooked. Sworn In are doing metalcore in a different that most bands today. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ So sorry for the lack uploads this summer, I've been really busy trying to hangout with all my friends and family, work and upload. But I will definitely try to get more up very very soon for you guys. What are some of your favorite bands? Let me know in the comments section below!
